Must be submitted two months prior to event.  Your group, organization must be located in the state of Alabama.  You must provide a current 501 (c)3 designation.  All beer donation requests MUST have a venue with associated ABC license # to order, receive, and serve alcohol.

If you are requesting a jockey box, CO2, and tap handles there will be a $150 setup fee and a  $100 deposit per keg.  Ferus Artisan Ales takes pride in our product and would like to always have a representative on site for any event that we take part in.  If, due to timing or staffing, we cannot be present, please understand that we will have to pass on the opportunity.
