About the Event
Established in early 2018, The Brickmasons were founded by Stewart, Ben Aslin (Bass) and Chris Estes (Drums) shortly after college. Having played in numerous projects together for the past 10+ years, the trio built a foundation of rhythmic complexity reminiscent of FAME Studios' "Swampers" while embracing the "we'll do it live" attitude of bands such as Dave Matthews and The Grateful Dead. Rounding out the sound are Shawn Gibbs (Lead Guitar) and Cody Collum (Keys), equal parts jazz and southern rock, bringing a unique flavor of country music wherever they go.
From fresh reimaginings of classic standards and whirlwind mashups of songs that shouldn't *quite* go together but somehow do, to wholly original compositions that feature pensive storytelling and profound musicality, Chase Stewart and the Brickmasons promise two things: Every show will be different, and you won't want to miss any of them.
