About the Event
Join us at Ferus for beginner sushi class. We'll teach you how to make perfect sushi rice, where to shop/what to buy, how to make all the delicious sauces at the sushi bar and how to safely serve raw fish at home! Each student gets 2 sushi rolls (you make one, we make one) + a cheat sheet and a chef-curated interactive shopping list.
