Beginner Sushi Class

Join us at Ferus Artisan Ales for a fun night of beer & sushi! In class, you'll learn to make all of the sauces you love at the sushi bar, perfect rice, where to shop/what to buy and how to serve (safely and according to health dept regulations) raw fish at home. Each student gets two rolls (we make one, you make the other) + a take home cheat sheet filled with tips, tricks and recipes.
